Join is most easily distinguished by the iconic shape and style of the plywood shell. Offered as a one-piece or two-piece shell, the iconic shape stays the same, but it achieved through two very different processes. The one-piece shell is a 3D molded plywood shell with a deeply contoured seat. The two-piece shell changes the aesthetic with an ultramodern approach - fusing painted wood and wood veneer. Two distinct base styles – the sleek four-leg metal chair base and the iconic A-frame chair base – create entirely unique looks, each to their own style.

Design Features:

  • Two distinct shell options: Breathtaking one piece 3-dimensional tapered bent plywood shell or two-piece shell combining a veneer seat with durable white painted back
  • Two base options: Aluminum A-frame in polished or powder coat or steel four-leg frame in chrome or powder coat
  • Both base designs are available as armless or arm chairs with unique arm finish options
  • All versions are available in standard oak or walnut veneers
  • Upholstered seat pad available with both shell types
  • Fully upholstered option for one-piece shell
  • All versions of Join (including Fully Upholstered) stack 5 high
  • Coordinating barstool design
